This took one evening to complete after work. So, maybe 4 hours or so, and this does not include sanding and staining.
Finishing Technique
As for the cushion, our dimensions measured out to be 30″ wide and 20.5″ deep. We used 4″ foam piece for our cushion and it is extremely comfy.
